Q: How do I register to attend CINC Up ’19?
A: Go to cincupconference.com and click “Register” in the menu on the left side of the page (or go to https://cincupconference.com/register). Make your Attendee Registration selection(s), fill out the required information, and click “Add to Cart.” Complete your payment details, and you’re all set!
Q: Do I have to register each attendee individually?
A: You may register as many people as you’d like to pay for in one transaction. Be sure you have everyone’s required information, such as emergency contacts, dietary preferences, etc. before you start.
Q: Which payment methods are accepted?
A: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) and checks. Checks must be mailed to CINC Systems, Attn: Dawn Randall, 3055 Breckinridge Blvd. Suite 310, Duluth, GA 30096. If you pay by check, your registration order will be on hold until payment is received. You will receive an email notification when your check is received in our office.
Q: What happens after I register?
A: You should receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided shortly after you complete your transaction. If you do not, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still do not have the confirmation email and it has been a full 24 hours since you registered, please email email@example.com so we can send you a duplicate.
Q: How do I stay up to date on CINC Up ’19 news?
A: Please check this website on a regular basis for updates. We will also send emails, post on social media, and post to the Recent Updates screen in CINC.
Q: Where can I find hotel reservation information?
A: Go to https://cincupconference.com/hotel/ for hotel information, including pricing and a link to the host hotel’s reservation portal.
Q: Where can I find the conference schedule?
A: Go to https://cincupconference.com/schedule/ for the tentative schedule. All information is subject to change.
Q: What is the Cancellation and Refund Policy for attendees?

Q: May spouses attend?
A: Yes, spouses may attend our Sunday evening exhibitor reception and the Monday evening reception at the Georgia Aquarium. A spouse registration is required. Please go to https://cincupconference.com/product/spouse-registration/ to purchase a spouse registration.
